Privacy Policy for Autodesk® Desktop Applications

This Privacy Policy applies to all Autodesk® Revit®, AutoCAD®, and Civil 3D® plugins, add-ins, and applications (collectively, the “Apps”) developed and published by Beka Tchigladze / Green Road Group LTD on the Autodesk App Store.

1. Data Collection and Usage Our Apps are designed to function entirely as local desktop tools. We respect your privacy and project confidentiality.

• What we collect: We do not collect, store, transmit, or monitor any personal data, project files, design geometry, or user behavior metrics.
• How data is processed: All processing of geometry, layouts, and infrastructure models happens exclusively on your local machine (or your organization’s secure local network). No data is ever sent to our servers.

2. Third-Party Data Sharing Because our Apps do not collect any user or project data, we do not share any information with third parties. Our Apps do not contain any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks that track your activity.

3. Data Retention and Deletion Policies Since no personal or project data is collected or stored by the Publisher at any point, there is no data to retain or delete on our end. You retain 100% ownership and control over your local files.

4. Revoking Consent Consent to use our Apps is granted upon installation. Because we do not collect data, there is no active data consent to revoke. However, if you wish to completely remove the App and its functionalities from your system, you can do so at any time by uninstalling the software via the standard Windows “Add or Remove Programs” feature or the Autodesk App Store uninstaller. This will entirely remove the application from your device.
